Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing iGaming Listings (the “Site”) or purchasing a listing subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit a listing. These Terms apply to visitors, subscribers, and anyone who creates an account with us.

2. About our service

iGaming Listings operates a curated online directory of iGaming-related websites. We provide a platform for publishers to submit listing information and, upon editorial approval, display that information on the public directory. We do not operate gambling services, process bets, or hold customer funds on behalf of listed sites.

3. Listing subscriptions

• Listings are offered on an annual subscription basis, billed through Stripe.
• The price displayed at checkout is the fee for one listing in one category for one year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing portal in your dashboard.
• We may change pricing for new subscriptions; existing paid periods are honoured at the rate paid.

Payment does not guarantee approval. All submissions undergo manual editorial review. If your listing is rejected, you may edit and resubmit, or contact us regarding a refund for the current billing period (see Section 8).

4. Listing content & your responsibilities

When you submit a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorised to list the website and provide the information submitted
• The title, description, and URL are accurate and not misleading
• The site complies with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it operates
• Your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

You are responsible for keeping your listing information current. We may update formatting or display for consistency but will not materially alter your submitted copy without notice.

5. Editorial discretion

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

• Approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time
• Request changes before approval
• Reassign or decline a category if it is not a reasonable fit
• Remove listings associated with expired or cancelled subscriptions

We typically review submissions within one business day but do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or listing service to:

• List sites primarily unrelated to iGaming, gambling, betting, casinos, or affiliate publishing
• Submit false, deceptive, or impersonating listing information
• Attempt to circumvent review, payment, or account security measures
• Scrape, bulk-harvest, or automate access to the directory in a way that impairs the Site
• Upload malware, spam, or illegal content through any submission channel

7. Outbound links & disclaimers

Listed websites are operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or verify the content, licensing, legality, or safety of any listed site. Outbound links from the directory are provided for convenience and may be marked as sponsored. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

The Site and directory are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

8. Refunds & cancellations

• You may cancel renewal at any time through the Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If your listing is rejected and you do not wish to resubmit, contact us within 14 days of rejection for a refund of the current annual fee.
• Approved listings are generally non-refundable for the active billing period once published.
• We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing error or extended service outage.

9. Intellectual property

The iGaming Listings name, logo, site design, and original directory content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit for your listing and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the directory for the duration of your active subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any listed third-party website. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the listing service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, submit fraudulent listings, or engage in conduct that harms the Site or other users. You may request account deletion by contacting us; certain billing records may be retained as required by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
