We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal bases (UK & EEA visitors)

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide listing services you have purchased
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the directory, and to communicate with subscribers about their accounts
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements

5. Third-party processors

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and security (may process IP addresses and request metadata)

These providers are permitted to use your data only as needed to perform services for us and are subject to contractual data protection obligations where applicable.

  • Server logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential operation: session cookies to keep you logged in and protect forms (CSRF)
  • Security: Cloudflare and similar services may set cookies to mitigate abuse
  • Analytics: Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (page views, traffic sources). See Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect login and checkout functionality.

Your data may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
