Editorial guidelines
Every listing is manually reviewed before publication. These standards explain what we look for — and what will be rejected.
Our approach
iGaming Listings is a curated directory, not an open submission link farm. We exist to help visitors discover relevant iGaming publishers and help publishers get found by peers, partners, and researchers. That only works if listings are accurate, sites are live, and categories stay meaningful.
A paid subscription gives you the right to submit a listing for review. Approval is always at our editorial discretion. We may reject, request changes, or remove listings that fall outside these guidelines.
What we generally approve
- Live websites with original iGaming-related content accessible at the submitted URL
- Accurate submissions — title, tagline, and description reflect what the site actually offers
- Relevant verticals — gambling portals, sports betting, casinos, poker, bingo, reviews, or game-focused media
- Legitimate publishing properties — affiliate sites, comparison hubs, review publishers, stats communities, and editorial media
- Reasonable user experience — no aggressive malware, auto-downloads, or deceptive install prompts
What we reject or remove
- Sites unrelated to iGaming, gambling, betting, or casino affiliate publishing
- Domains that do not resolve, are under construction, or redirect to unrelated properties
- Primarily thin doorway or keyword-stuffed pages with no real audience value
- Misleading titles or descriptions that misrepresent the site’s content or licensing
- Sites associated with clearly illegal gambling promotion in major regulated markets
- Duplicate listings for the same website or brand (one listing per property)
- Submissions that violate our Terms of Service
Category selection
Choose the single category that best matches your site’s primary focus and homepage positioning. You may not hold multiple category listings under one subscription. If your site spans several verticals, pick the category visitors would most associate with your brand — for example, a broad portal belongs in Gambling Portals; a dedicated bookmaker stats site belongs in Sports Betting.
We may reassign or ask you to change category during review if the submission clearly fits elsewhere.
Listing content standards
Title
Use your established brand or site name. No keyword stuffing, ALL CAPS spam, or unverifiable superlatives (“#1 casino site worldwide”).
Tagline
One honest sentence summarising your audience or niche. Example: “Independent bookmaker stats for the UK market.”
Description
A few short paragraphs explaining who the site is for and what content you publish. Write for humans, not search engines. Separate paragraphs with a blank line.
URL
The canonical homepage URL you want visitors to reach. Must match the reviewed property.
Review process
After submission, listings enter a pending review queue. We typically respond within one business day, though busy periods may take longer. We check the live site, submission accuracy, and category fit.
If rejected, you receive a reason by email and can edit your listing and resubmit. Repeated resubmissions that ignore feedback may be declined without refund beyond what our Terms allow.
After approval
Approved listings go live with a sponsored outbound link. You may edit title, copy, and URL from your dashboard. Substantial changes — especially URL or category changes — may trigger re-review. We may suspend or remove listings if the live site later diverges from what was approved.
Independence & paid placement
iGaming Listings is a paid directory. Listing fees fund hosting, editorial review, and maintenance.
Paid placement does not mean we endorse any operator offers, licensing status, or business practices of
listed sites. Directory links are disclosed as sponsored and use nofollow attributes.
