About this site
Jamma is an Italian public-gaming newspaper covering AWP and VLT machines, lotteries, betting, online concessions, tax, associations, and ADM data for operators, suppliers, and institutions. Jamma s.r.l. in Viterbo founded in 2001 and registered the title as a newspaper in 2004. The live masthead names Monica Cuprifi as direttore responsabile and Maurizio Brodo as direttore editoriale.
Its clearest differentiator versus Gioco News is the older print-and-daily stack. Beside the quotidiano, Jamma Magazine is a monthly print and digital title with about 5,000 copies for industry readers, and the site sells subscriptions behind Accedi / Abbonati. Coverage is built around Italian gioco pubblico, apparecchi, Lotto, Gratta e Vinci, bingo halls, fisco, and regulated-collection data, rather than ADM casino ranking tables.
The homepage still carries supplier skins and a mix of international wire with the Italian desk, and some stories sit behind the paywall. Even so, Jamma is a useful Italy trade listing because it is the longer-running public-gaming newspaper beside Gioco News’ web daily.
Editorial review
Our assessment of Jamma
Key features
- Italian public-gaming daily covering AWP/VLT machines, lotteries, betting, online concessions, tax, and ADM data
- Monthly print/digital Jamma Magazine plus a named Viterbo newsroom led by Monica Cuprifi and Maurizio Brodo
- Subscription and event-desk layer aimed at operators, suppliers, and institutions rather than player rankings
Strengths
- Older and more institution-facing than Gioco News, with a registered newspaper and print magazine Gioco News does not have
- Stronger land-based/public-gaming remit covering apparecchi, lotteries, and bingo halls than Italy’s ADM casino comparators
- Named editors and a 2001 Jamma s.r.l. publisher, rather than a recently sold web daily
Limitations
- Built for industry readers, so it is little use if you want ADM casino or bonus comparison
- Homepage mix includes supplier skins and international wire, and some coverage sits behind a subscription wall
Who it is best for
Jamma is best for operators, suppliers, associations, and Italy-market counsel who need public-gaming news and magazine analysis rather than player comparison rankings.
